What is Quantum Nutrition Testing exactly?

It's a form of muscle testing that allows me to ask your body questions and get answers through your body's own biofeedback. We can test for nutritional deficiencies, food sensitivities, supplement dosing, and more. It's non-invasive, painless, and surprisingly accurate.

Do you take insurance?

No, I don't work with insurance companies. This is private pay, which actually gives you MORE freedom . No diagnosis required, no insurance dictating your care, complete privacy.

Is this virtual or in-person?

100% virtual! We meet over Zoom, and muscle testing works just as effectively remotely. (I know, it sounds weird, but it works - I can explain more on our discovery call!)

What if I'm already working with a doctor?

It Perfect! I'm not here to replace your medical team. I'm here to complement their care and address areas they might not have training in. Many of my clients work with both conventional and holistic practitioners.

Can you help with any condition?

I work with a wide range of health issues: digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, fatigue, weight struggles, food sensitivities, chronic inflammation, and more. I do not claim to treat or work with specific “diagnosis” as those are terms used used by medical doctors/personnel. Instead I work by finding the root cause to symptoms. What if I've tried everything and nothing works?

That's actually my specialty. Often when "nothing works," it's because we haven't found the ROOT CAUSE yet. Muscle testing helps us identify what conventional testing might miss.

Do I have to buy expensive supplements?

I recommend what your body actually needs - sometimes that's 2-3 supplements, sometimes it's more. You're never required to purchase anything, but most people invest $150-300/month on supplements initially, with the goal in mind to decrease as you heal.
